Banana raisin pie

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Banana pudding and pie
Filling mix
2 cups Milk
3 Egg yolks
1 cup Raisins, steeped in hot
Water and drained
1 tablespoon Butter
3 Egg whites
1 teaspoon Vinegar
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 Baked pie shell

Prepare pie mix as directed on the package with eggs and milk. After mixture thickens, add raisins, vinegar, and butter. Cool and pour into crust. Make meringue of egg whites and sugar and spread on cooled pie. Bake until brown, 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-07-95
