Banana bread #1

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Sour milk
2 \N Eggs
3 \N Ripe bananas;, crushed well
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¼ cup Chopped nuts

Cream shortening, add sugar. Cream again, then add crushed bananas to creamed shortening and cream again. Beat all ingredients together.
