Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Vegetable oil |
1½ cup | Sugar |
2 \N | Eggs; well beaten |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
1½ cup | Sifted flour |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
⅓ cup | Buttermilk or sour cream |
3 \N | Very ripe bananas; mashed |
1 cup | Walnuts or pecans |
Cream oil & sugar. Add eggs & salt & mix well. Add flour & soda combined with buttermilk alternately. Add bananas. Fold in nuts. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Pour in mixture & bake about 45 minutes at 350. Makes 2 loaves.
