Yield: 12 Servings
|½ cup||Vegetable oil|
|2||Eggs; well beaten|
|1½ cup||Sifted flour|
|1 teaspoon||Baking soda|
|⅓ cup||Buttermilk or sour cream|
|3||Very ripe bananas; mashed|
|1 cup||Walnuts or pecans|
Cream oil & sugar. Add eggs & salt & mix well. Add flour & soda combined with buttermilk alternately. Add bananas. Fold in nuts. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Pour in mixture & bake about 45 minutes at 350. Makes 2 loaves.
