|½ cup||Maple Syrup|
|1 teaspoon||Lemon Juice|
|\N pinch||Powdered Ginger|
1. Leave stems on pears, but cut a slice from the bottom end to form a flat surface so pears will stand up in baking dish. 2. Mix all ingridients and pour over pears. 3. Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 325 F, for 1 hour and 20 min. 4. Baste with the syrup while baking.
