Measure | Ingredient |

1 can | (28 Oz) Pear Halves |
1 tablespoon | Cornstarch |
1 teaspoon | Nutmeg |
1 cup | Syrup; Drained From The Pears |
2 tablespoons | Butter Or Margarine |
2 tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
½ cup | Mincemeat |
Drain pear halves, reserving 1 cup syrup. Combine cornstarch and nutmeg in saucepan, add syrup. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in butter or margarine and lemon juice. Place pear halves, cut side up, in baking dish; fill centers with mincemeat. Pour nutmeg sauce over all. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Serve warm
