Baked flounder teriyaki

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Fish fillets
⅓ cup Apple juice
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Onions; chopped
2 teaspoons Ginger
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Olive oil
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
2 \N Cl Garlic; chopped fine

Recipe by: Betty Crocker's New Choice Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 375. Prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan lined with foil, with cooking spray. Place fillets in pan. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over fish. Cover with foil and refrigerate 1 hour. Bake covered for 15 to 20 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
