Baked fish with hot and spicy spinach

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 bunch Fresh, clean spinach; stems & center vein removed
1 small Bunch fresh clean cilantro; stems removed
1 \N Egg white
3 \N Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon Hot pepper flakes
6 ounces Swordfish; (4 Each)

Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together.

Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
