Baked fish with hot and spicy spinach

1smallBunch fresh clean cilantro; stems removed
1Egg white
3Cloves garlic
1tablespoonGrated fresh ginger
2teaspoonsSoy sauce
2teaspoonsDark sesame oil
1teaspoonHot pepper flakes
6ouncesSwordfish; (4 Each)

Directions

Fit food processor with metal blade and whir all ingredients together.

Place the above mixture on fresh fish filets and bake in 325 F. oven until fish flakes easily, about 15-29 minutes.
