Spicy fish

1 teaspoon Olive oil
4 ounces Fish (1 inch thick)
2 teaspoons Thyme
1 teaspoon Orange peel; grated
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1 \N Cl Garlic; crushed

Recipe by: Cooking Light Magazine Preparation Time: 0:20 Preheat oven at 400. Spread oil over the bottom of a shallow baking dish; add salmon, turning to coat. In a small mixing bowl, combine thyme, orange peel, salt pepper, and garlic. Rub fish with mixture; cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Bake 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
