Baked fish au gratin

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Haddock or sole fillets
¼ cup Flour
1 can Cream of celery soup
¼ cup Milk
½ cup Grated Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 dash Paprika

Dip fish in flour. Arrange in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Blend cream of celery soup and milk. Spread over fish in pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese, parlsley and paprika. Bake at 350 F. for 45 mins. until fish flakes easily with fork.
