Baked tomatoes

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 eaches Good sized plum tomatoes
1 each Fine bread crumbs
1 each Grated parmesan cheese
1 each Dried thyme

Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish.

Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme. Bake for 15 to 20 min.
