|1½ pounds||Cod fillets; or other whitefish|
|1 tablespoon||Plus 1 tsp. olive oil|
|¼ teaspoon||Lemon pepper|
Cook: 10 min.
Preheat oven to 375øF. Arrange fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper to taste. Bake 10-12 minutes or until fish is opaque throughout.
