¼ cup | Parmesan cheese |
¼ cup | Finely chopped celery |
¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
4 tablespoons | Tomato juice |
2 cups | Crushed Ritz crackers |
1 \N | Stick of margarine, melted |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Add a little water and butter to the bottom of dish. Set aside and mix cheese, celery, garlic powder and tomato juice; blend well.
Sprinkle the mixture generously over the fish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake for 20 minutes.
