Baked haddock

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Fish fillets, haddock
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Finely chopped celery
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
4 tablespoons Tomato juice
2 cups Crushed Ritz crackers
1 \N Stick of margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Add a little water and butter to the bottom of dish. Set aside and mix cheese, celery, garlic powder and tomato juice; blend well.

Sprinkle the mixture generously over the fish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers; pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake for 20 minutes.
