Baked barley and bean casserole

Ingredients

2cupsCooked & mashed AM Beans (of choice)
1cupPre-cooked AM Bits-O-Barley
1cupSoy milk
½cupAM Raw Wheat Germ
2tablespoonsAM Soy Flour
1tablespoonAM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
¼cupOnion, minced and sauteed
3tablespoonsPrepared mustard
½cupHoney
½cupCatsup of choice
½teaspoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonOnion powder
½teaspoonChili powder
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 30 minutes. Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
