Baked artichoke (bw)

Ingredients

| 5 | eaches | Artichokes (15 oz. cans) |
| 1¾ | cup | Olive oil |
| 8 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
| 6 | tablespoons | Garlic salt |
| 2 | cups | Bread crumbs, seasoned |
| 2 | teaspoons | Basil |
Directions
Mix bread crumbs,cheese,garlic salt, & basil.add olive oil,if mixture is too dry add more olive oil until it is as moist as stuffing would be. Drain artichokes, Cut bottom of artichokes off & cut each artichoke in half. In a 2 quart casserole dish, (using all of artichoke) alternate layers of artichoke & bread crumb mixture ending with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes.
