Baked applesauce (low-fat)

2largesTart apples; peeled, sliced
3tablespoonsSugar
¼teaspoonGround cinnamon
¼teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Place apples in a 1-quart dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well. Sprinkle over the apples. Cover and bake at 350* for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender. Uncover and mash with a fork. Serve warm. Yield : 2 servings.
