Baked apples #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Baking apples
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Salt
\N \N Butter

Wash and core apples; do not peel. Place in shallow baking dish: add water to ½ depth. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt with enough water to make a smooth paste. Fill core cavity with butter, pour sauce over apples and bake another 20 minutes.
