Yield: 4 Servings
|4 mediums||Apples; pared,cored,quarterd|
|¼ cup||Water; to 1/2 cup|
|2 \N||Sticks cinnamon|
|¼ cup||Nutrasweet Spoonful|
Combine apples, water and cinnamon. Cover and simmer until very tender, about 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon. Mash apples until smooth. Stir in sweetener.
NOTES : I use a couple of dashes of ground cinnamon instead of stick cinnamon.
