|½ pounds||Jarlsberg cheese, shredded OR Swiss cheese shredded|
|½ cup||Red bell pepper, diced|
|¼ cup||Fresh chives, minced|
|Red and Green Bell Pepper rings|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter a shallow 1½ quart baking dish. Whisk togher the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl.
Pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and chives. Bake 15 - 20 minutes OR until eggs are set and cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Garnish with slices of bell pepper.
