Bacon mushroom and swiss meat loaf

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Good quality ground beef
½ pounds Ground pork
1 small Onion; finely chopped
1 Egg
½ cup Corn flake crumbs; ( I used bread crumbs)
¼ cup Milk
4 ounces Grated swiss cheese
1 can (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained
3 slices Bacon; chopped

In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
