Bacon mushroom and swiss meat loaf

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1poundsGood quality ground beef
½poundsGround pork
1smallOnion; finely chopped
1Egg
½cupCorn flake crumbs; ( I used bread crumbs)
¼cupMilk
4ouncesGrated swiss cheese
1can(4 Oz) mushrooms; drained
3slicesBacon; chopped

Directions

In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
