Bacon mushroom and swiss meat loaf

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |

| 1 | pounds | Good quality ground beef |
| ½ | pounds | Ground pork |
| 1 | small | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | cup | Corn flake crumbs; ( I used bread crumbs) |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 4 | ounces | Grated swiss cheese |
| 1 | can | (4 Oz) mushrooms; drained |
| 3 | slices | Bacon; chopped |
Directions
In a large bowl add all ingredients. Blend well and shape into a loaf in a baking dish. Bake at 350 for about an hour or till cooked through.
