Measure Ingredient
½ ounce Benedictine
½ ounce Brandy

Pour the Benedictine into a cordial glass. Carefully float the brandy on top by pouring it slowly over a teaspoon turned bottom-side up. Be careful not to let the ingredients mix. Recipe By : Joe Robertson
