Yield: 4 Servings
|4 pounds||Pork or beef roast|
|1 medium||Onion; sliced|
|½ cup||Hickory smoke flavored BBQ sauce|
|¾ cup||Regular BBQ sauce|
Cook meat and onion in crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low overnight.
Drain water and throw out onion. Add BBQ sauces and cook on low for 1 hour.
