Avocado puree

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1.00 avocado; peeled, pitted,
1 and chopped
1 juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
1 salt; to taste
1 freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
1.00 teaspoon chopped garlic
½ cup heavy cream

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, fitted with a metal blade. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. This recipe yields about 1 cup.
