Avocado orange soup

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 larges Ripe avocados; pitted
1 cup Fresh orange juice
1 cup Plain yogurt
½ teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
Orange slices

In food processor or blender, blend avocados and orange juice. Add yogurt, TABASCO sauce and salt. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with orange slices.
