Basil-avocado soup

| ½ | cup | Fresh basil; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |

| 2½ | cup | Chicken stock |
| Avocado slices, sour cream | ||
| And Basil sprigs to garnish | ||
Directions
In a processor or blender, combine avocados, sour cream, basil, lemon juice and pepper; puree until smooth. Add chicken stock; process until smooth. Serve and garnish with avocado slices, a dab of low-fat sour cream and basil. Per serving: 233 cal. 5 g protein, 19 g fat, 7 mg chol., 14 g carbs, 367 mg sodium.
