Thai glazed pork chops

Ingredients

| 4 | Pork chops, 1/2\" thick | |
| ½ | cup | Knorr Thai sauce |
| ¼ | cup | Peach or apricot jam |
| ½ | Red pepper, chopped | |
| Chopped cliantro or parsley | ||
Directions
In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add pork chops and brown on both sides. In a small bowl combine sauce and jam; pour over chops, turning to coat. Stir in red pepper. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until tender, turning chops occasionally.
Serve with rice and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley.
