Artichoke casserole

Ingredients

1can(14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and quartered
1poundsLonghorn or Rat cheese; grated
6Eggs; beaten

Directions

Place artichokes on the bottom of a greased 8x8 pan. Top with cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
