|1 can||(14-oz) artichoke hearts; drained and quartered|
|1 pounds||Longhorn or Rat cheese; grated|
|6 \N||Eggs; beaten|
Place artichokes on the bottom of a greased 8x8 pan. Top with cheese. Pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake at 350ø for 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
