Apricot bread - beadles

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter; room temp.
1 cup Dried apricots; cut in quart
1¼ cup Orange juice

Ingredients should be at room temperature. Liquids (and 'warmed' ingredients) should be at 120-130 degrees.
