Applesauce-nut cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
3 Eggs
3 cups Applesauce
3½ cup Sifted flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cloves
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 pounds Seedless raisins
1½ cup Pecans

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and applesauce; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and stir into applesauce mixture. Add raisins and pecans and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.
