Apple pecan fruit dip (motts)

Yield: 20 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 ounces Cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Brown sugar; or half as much to taste
½ cup Cinnamon apple sauce
⅛ teaspoon Ginger
¼ cup Chopped pecans

In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except pecans.

Stir in pecans. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.

Yields 1¼ cups.

NOTES : Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Use the microwave oven to soften the cream cheese in seconds.
