Apple pecan fruit dip (motts)

Ingredients

| 6 | ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar; or half as much to taste |
| ½ | cup | Cinnamon apple sauce |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped pecans |
Directions
In small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except pecans.
Stir in pecans. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with fresh fruit.
Yields 1¼ cups.
NOTES : Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Use the microwave oven to soften the cream cheese in seconds.
