SET CUPS ON A BAKING SHEET AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES, UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN. USING A KNIFE, CUT A SLIT IN THE TOP OF EACH POPOVER TO LET OUT STEAM. BAKE FOR FIVE MINUTES MORE.
