Apple cinnamon pops (motts)

Ingredients

| 1 | Carton; (8 ounces) plain yogurt | |
| 1 | cup | Apple Sauce; *see note |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 6 | Cold drink cups; (3-oz.) | |
| 6 | Wooden sticks | |
Directions
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well. Fill each cup with about ⅓ cup yogurt mixture.
Place cups in freezer until partially frozen, about 1 hour.
Insert sticks; freeze until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, remove drink cups.
Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Either plastic popsicle molds or ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing cinnamon-flavored yogurt pops.
