Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix | 
| 2 | eaches | Pk chopped spinach, cooked and drained | 
| 1 | cup | Egg Beaters | 
| 1 | cup | Liquid Butter Buds | 
| ⅓ | cup | Alpine Lace fatfree Parmesan cheese | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Lite salt, optional | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Thyme | 
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet. Store frozen balls in a plastic bag. Bake 15 minutes at 325F, or 30 minutes if frozen. Makes 80 balls (4 balls per serving) Per serving: 53 cal., 0.3g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 6g carb., 200mg sod.
