Ingredients

2eachesPk chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1cupEgg Beaters
1cupLiquid Butter Buds
cupAlpine Lace fatfree Parmesan cheese
½teaspoonLite salt, optional
½teaspoonPepper
½teaspoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonThyme

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill for one hour. Shape into one inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet. Store frozen balls in a plastic bag. Bake 15 minutes at 325F, or 30 minutes if frozen. Makes 80 balls (4 balls per serving) Per serving: 53 cal., 0.3g fat (5%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 3g pro., 6g carb., 200mg sod.
