Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Crushed fatfree SnackWells Wheat crackers |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ¼ | cup | Egg Beaters |
| 1 | each | Tb chicken broth |
| 1 | each | Tb Worcestershire sauce |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lite salt, optional |
| ½ | teaspoon | Poultry seasoning |
| **SPICY SAUCE** | ||
| ½ | cup | Chile sauce |
| 2 | eaches | Tb vinegar |
| 2 | eaches | Tb brown sugar* |
Directions
MEATBALLS
Mix all of the ingredients together and roll into bite sized balls.
Place meatballs on a broiler pan so any fat will fall through. Bake at 375F 15-20 minutes. Sauce: Mix together. *Or use 1 tablespoon brown sugar and ¼ teaspoon Sweet 'n Low Brown Makes 50 meatballs.
