1teaspoonDried basil
1cupNonfat mozzarella cheese, grated
cupFatfree Parmesan cheese (Alpine Lace or Weight Watchers)

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water until cool. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, broccoli, peas or carrots (or both), dressing and basil.
