|1 pack||(8-oz) fat free cream cheese; softened|
|2 tablespoons||Skim milk|
|½ cup||Fat-free sour cream|
|2 tablespoons||Sliced green onions|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped green bell pepper|
|1 \N||Jar; (2 1/2-oz) sliced dried beef, rinsed, drained and finely chopped|
|¼ cup||Chopped fresh parsley|

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well.
Spoon and spread mixture in ungreased 9-inch pie pan or small shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately with crackers or cocktail bread. 2 cups. MICROWAVE directions: Prepare as directed above; spoon into 9-inch pie pan or shallow dish. Microwave on medium for 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated, rotating dish once halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
