All-in-one salad bowl

Ingredients

6Artichoke hearts, cut in half
1cupGreen beans, cooked, drained and chilled
½Bermuda onion, thinly sliced
1cupPeas, cooked, drained and chilled
½cupRadishes, sliced
2cupsSalad greens, broken
1Tomato, cut in eighths
¾cupSalad oil
¼cupVinegar
¼teaspoonSugar
¾teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
1Clove garlic, crushed
1Egg, hard-cooked, chopped
¼cupMustard pickle

Directions

Place artichoke hearts, green beans, onion, peas, radishes, salad greens and tomato in salad bowl. Toss together lightly. Place the next 8 ingredients in a jar or shaker; blend thoroughly. Pour enough dressing over salad to moisten and toss lightly again. Makes 6 servings.
