Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Canned whole kernel corn; drained |
4 ounces | Can green chili peppers; drained/cubed |
¼ pounds | Cheddar cheese; grated |
1 cup | Milk |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
3 \N | Eggs; beaten |
Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into a greased 11/2 qt. baking dish and set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour, or until set. Serve hot or cold. Great with barbecued chicken or spare ribs or steak. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
