Alexis smith's corn pudding

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Canned whole kernel corn; drained
4 ounces Can green chili peppers; drained/cubed
¼ pounds Cheddar cheese; grated
1 cup Milk
½ teaspoon Salt
3 \N Eggs; beaten

Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into a greased 11/2 qt. baking dish and set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour, or until set. Serve hot or cold. Great with barbecued chicken or spare ribs or steak. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
