Alexis smith's corn pudding

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
2cupsCanned whole kernel corn; drained
4ouncesCan green chili peppers; drained/cubed
¼poundsCheddar cheese; grated
1cupMilk
½teaspoonSalt
3Eggs; beaten

Directions

Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into a greased 11/2 qt. baking dish and set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour, or until set. Serve hot or cold. Great with barbecued chicken or spare ribs or steak. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
