Alexis smith's corn pudding

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Canned whole kernel corn; drained | 
| 4 | ounces | Can green chili peppers; drained/cubed | 
| ¼ | pounds | Cheddar cheese; grated | 
| 1 | cup | Milk | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
Directions
Mix ingredients in the order given. Turn into a greased 11/2 qt. baking dish and set in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour, or until set. Serve hot or cold. Great with barbecued chicken or spare ribs or steak. MC formatting by bobbi744@...
