Easy corn pudding (m_c-tx)

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
8½ ounce Box cornbread mix
1 pounds Can corn kernals, drained
1 pounds Can cream style corn
1 cup Sour cream

Brush 3 quart shallow baking dish with some melted butter. Mix cornbread mix, corn kernals, creamed corn, sour cream and butter with spoon until well blended. Place in prepared buttered dish. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
