well blended. Stir in the apple and zucchini. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir only to moistened;the batter should be slightly lumpy. 4. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tin and cool on a wire rack.
