Measure Ingredient
570 millilitres Full Cream Milk
250 millilitres Sweet Sherry
\N \N Soft Brown Sugar
1 \N Lemon, Sliced
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
1 teaspoon Grated nutmeg

1. Cut the lemon into slices and coat with sugar. 2. Boil the milk and when it froths up add the sherry. 3. Strain out the curd and add the lemon, ginger and nutmeg.
