|6||Fresh mushrooms, sliced|
|6||Green onions, chopped|
|1 can||Whole kernel corn (17 oz.) Salt & pepper to taste|
|1 can||Water chestnuts, drained & chopped (8 oz.)|
Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons butter until soft. Stir in corn, salt and pepper, water chestnuts and 1 tablespoon butter. Heat through and serve. What a delicious combination of flavors - you're sure to make this one over and over.
