962213 herbed corn scallop

Measure Ingredient
2 Eggs
2 cans Cream corn (2 lb.)
½ cup Milk
4 tablespoons Melted margarine
2 tablespoons Minced onion
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Ready-mix herbed seasoned stuffing

Beat eggs slightly in a medium bowl, stir in corn, milk, butter, onion, salt and pepper. Spoon ½ of corn mixture into a greased 8 cup baking dish; sprinkle stuffing in on even layer over top; spoon remaining corn mixture over stuffing.
