523683 chocolate covered fruit balls

Yield: 24 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Peanut butter
2 cups Powdered sugar
2 cups Chopped nuts
2 cups Chopped dates
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Chocolate bits
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Maraschino cherries, chopped
6 tablespoons Orange juice

Mix all ingredients. Make into balls the size of walnuts. Refrigerate overnight. Coat balls with 2 pounds melted chocolate. Place balls on wax paper. Refrigerate until set. Keep cold. Makes approximately 8 dozen. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-03-95
