1Stock celery, grated Parsley leaves, grated
½canGrated Parmesan cheese Vegetable oil
2poundsGround beef and 1/4 lb. pork sausage
1Kernel garlic and 1 onion
4Eggs
2slicesBread, cut up
¼canParmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Sauce: Saute - oil, grated onion, celery and parsley until done, but not too brown. Add tomato paste and simmer, then add tomato juice.

Meatballs: Mix ground beef, pork sausage, garlic, onion, eggs, bread and Parmesan cheese together and form balls. Fry in oil. Add to the prepared sauce and simmer for 1½ hours.

Serve over spaghetti.
