Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Cucumbers
2 mediums Onions, finely chopped
1 \N Clove garlic, minced
¼ cup Salad oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
2 teaspoons Salt
8 \N Salad potatoes
¼ teaspoon Pepper Add more salt, if needed


Wash, peel and slice cucumbers thin. Add onions, garlic and sprinkle with salt; let stand 1 hour. Then squeeze the liquid from the cucumber mixture. Boil potatoes, peel and slice when cool.
