Balkan cornmeal mush (polenta)

1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Stone ground corn meal |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh dill |
4 | ounces | Crumbled feta cheese |
1 | cup | Tomato sauce |
½ | Lemon; juice of | |
Fresh ground black pepper. |
Directions
TOPPING
Boil water and salt. add stone ground corn meal, cook several minutes.
Stir in chopped fresh dill and feta cheese.
Serve topped with tomato sauce, adjusted as follows: To 1 cup tomato sauce add the juice of ½ lemon plus fresh ground black pepper.
