1(16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1cupHot salsa sauce
½tablespoonChili powder
1(16 oz.) cottage cheese
2Eggs
¼cupParmesan cheese
1teaspoonOregano
½teaspoonGarlic salt
12Taco shells
1cupShredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Brown meat and drain. Add corn, tomato sauce, hot sauce and chili powder. Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine cottage and Parmesan cheeses, eggs, oregano and garlic salt. Mix well. Arrange 6 shells on bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with ½ of the meat mixture. Spoon cheese mixture onto meat, add 6 more shells; add remaining meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and put back in oven to melt. Serve with corn muffins.
