Mexican lasagne

Measure Ingredient
450 grams Ground beef
½ cup Chopped onion
½ cup Chopped green pepper
55 millilitres Water
225 grams Can tomato sauce
175 grams Can tomato paste
½ pack Taco seasoning (see recipe fITACO-SEASONI
½ cup Chopped black olives
6 Flour tortillas
1 cup Shredded mozarella
1 cup Shredded cheddar
2 cups Broken corn chips

1. Cook ground beef with onions and green peppers.

2. Then combine the drained beef with the tomato paste, sauce, water, and seasoning and simmer until thick and bubbly.

3. In a 33x20 cm pan make a single layer with 3 of the tortilla shells. Pour half of the sauce over it evenly, and sprinkle half the olives and halve the cheeses. Repeat.

4. Cook in 190øC oven for 25-35 minutes. Then sprinkle on the corn chips and cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Difficulty : very easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
