20-minute white bean chili

Ingredients

1cupChopped onions
1Clove garlic; minced
1tablespoonVegetable oil
1poundsGround turkey
1canStewed tomatoes; (14 1/2 ounce)
1cupChicken broth or low sodium chicken broth
½cupGrey PouponĀ® Dijon Mustard
1tablespoonChili powder
teaspoonGround red pepper; (up to 1/4)
1canCannellini beans (15 ounce); drained and rinsed
1canCorn (8 ounce); drained
Tortilla chips; shredded cheddar cheese, and
Cilantro; optional

Directions

In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, sauté‚ onions and garlic in oil until tender. Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break up meat. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, mustard, chili powder and pepper. Heat to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in beans and corn cook for 5 minutes. Top with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and cilantro, if desired.
