Easy black bean chili

1 | can | Black beans; (Progresso is good), partially drained |
Canned chopped tomatoes; (add to taste) | ||
1½ | tablespoon | Chili powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne; (more if you like it spicy) |
3 | tablespoons | Chopped onion; (use dried minced onion to save time) |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Directions
This is a chili that I make for myself when I'm starved and have no time.
It's also low-fat and really easy! Mix all ingredients, cook for about 15 minutes or so, until the flavors blend. Top with shredded cheddar.
